**Carmen is a young nurse with special supernatural abilities to control objects and her surroundings. These abilities allow her to bring about justice, as in Karma, rewarding the good deeds of others but inflicting punishments on those who do wrong. Some of her interventions are small but some are quite instrumental, and with grave consequences.
During her mission to make restitutions, she finds herself falling in love, but then she suffers the dilemma of whether she should tell her new love about her talent, or begin a life with him involving secrets. Perhaps she might lose him altogether. What will she decide to do? What will the outcome be?
Along her journey, she finds herself questioning the reason for her gift, even ponders giving it up, and dares to question why she herself is being punished and not rewarded for her own good deeds.**
